Carrie brings over 20 years of experience supporting children from Reception through to Year 11. She is dedicated to helping children learn and grow through play in a variety of environments. Carrie has a particular passion for speech and language development, as well as arts and crafts. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active and loves going for runs with her dog.

Yvonne leads our Bishop Chavasse, Tonbridge setting with a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for supporting children. She has managed large after-school clubs and worked across various childcare settings, including nurseries and schools, as both a teaching assistant and support for children with additional needs. Yvonne’s background also includes involvement in mental health initiatives, reflecting her strong commitment to children’s well-being and holistic development.

Debbie is a Director and company owner. Debbie has over 25 years of teaching experience and oversees the nursery and out-of-school clubs.

Natalie is a Director and company owner and can often be seen in different settings. Natalie works closely with the Managers and Deputy Managers of the other clubs.
