Crowborough Breakfast & After School Clubs

We are based at Sir Henry Fermor School in Crowborough where we opened in 2011. We welcome children from local schools including Jarvis Brook School, St John’s School, and St Mary’s School in Crowborough. We have use of the KS2 hall, a classroom, and an outdoor play area where we ride scooters, play football, and tennis, as well as enjoy many other activities. We have a fantastic trim trail and wooded play area where we build forts and play a number of games.
Times and Costs
The Breakfast & After School Club is open during term times only. Breakfast club runs from 7AM in the morning until school starts with breakfast being available until 8AM. After School Club starts at the end of the school day and runs until 6.30PM with a healthy and varied light tea served at 5PM.
Breakfast Club: 7PM – 8.40AM when school begins
This includes a light breakfast (bagels/pancakes/cereal/yoghurt etc.)
After School Club: End of school around 3.15PM – 6.30PM
This includes refreshments and snacks at 5PM.

Crowborough Staff
Natalie Lang
Natalie is a Director and company owner and can often be seen in different settings. Natalie works closely with the Managers and Deputy Managers of the other clubs.
Debbie Buchner
Debbie is a Director and company owner. Debbie has over 25 years of teaching experience and oversees the nursery and out-of-school clubs.
Stacey Felton
Stacey is a Crowborough deputy manager and has over 20 years of experience working in Crèches and Nurseries. Stacey is caring, calm, and patient with children that need extra care. Stacey is Level 3 and Paediatric First Aid trained.
Tamara Lake
Tamara is a Crowborough deputy manager. Tamara has high energy and keeps things buzzing at the club. She is our Designated Safeguarding Lead in Crowborough
Aries Lee
Aries has been with the club since its inception and is our arts & crafts guru. Aries is Level 3 and Paediatric First Aid trained.
Carolyn Dives
Carolyn has been working in schools for many years and started at Newton lang as bank staff and now works most days. Carolyn is trained in paediatric first aid and is full of energy. Carolyn is a midday supervisor at Sir Henry Fermor and has been assisting at the After School Club for many years.
Louise Foster
Louise is fun, caring and seeks to encourage the best out of children by offering them a variety of experiences through Play. Louise has a Level 2 NVQ for teaching assistants and has worked in schools, nursery schools and after-school clubs.
Clara Pirie-Wood
Breakfast Club playworker
I have a fine art degree and paint in my free time and love doing creative arts and crafts with the children. I love to cook and try new recipes with my son.
Marissa Dance
As well as being a childcare assistant at club, Marissa has two children, both of whom are at secondary school, and she spends a great deal of time with them enjoying their shared interests, such as mountain biking, drawing, and baking.
Fateha Ali
Fateha is currently completing her Level 3 qualification in childcare and has a special interest in working with children special education needs. Fateha is very passionate about arts and crafts and uses her creative skills to help children expand their abilities, regulate their emotions, and ensure their needs are met.
Alfie Joslin
Alfie is our student playworker, returning to the club he attended in Crowborough when he was younger to help provide the same experience he received. Alfie has a passion for football and all sports.
