- A one-off registration fee is payable per child unless your child is already registered with us. Otherwise, please complete a registration form at https://newtonlangchildcare.com/register
- A 5% discount is offered when booking a full day for the entire period.
- Children must bring a packed lunch, snacks, and drinks each day. Please note: our clubs are strictly nut-free.
- Please ensure all clothing and personal belongings are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
- Children should come prepared for all weather conditions (e.g. sun hats, wellies, coats). As messy play and arts & crafts are part of our activities, please dress your child appropriately and provide spare clothes.
- Children may bring scooters and helmets (both must be clearly labelled). Bicycles are not permitted.

Payment Terms: Once a booking is made, it is final—there is no cancellation grace period, and sessions are chargeable even if not attended. Fees are payable in advance, and non-receipt of an invoice does not excuse non-payment. Please keep us informed of any changes to your child’s attendance—via text, email, or a note—so our registers are accurate each day. Late payments will incur an administration fee of £5.00 per week until the balance is cleared, and we reserve the right to withhold attendance until full payment is received. A late collection fee of £5.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will apply if your child is picked up after the agreed time. We accept childcare vouchers and bank transfers; however, payments by cheque or cash will incur additional banking charges.
